To request technology support, go to Incident IQ and follow the steps to create a new ticket. This is the district’s support system for technology requests and updates.

You can find approved technology and equipment standards in the Technology Equipment Standards Catalog (you will be asked for your district email address) and in the How To Series section of this website. The catalog outlines district-approved devices and purchasing standards.

Yes. Loaner devices are available for staff and students when needed. Students and staff should check with the media center staff at their school site for help. District surplus inventory is maintained to support loaner devices and replacements during the school year.

For broken, outdated, or obsolete district-owned technology equipment, please contact your media center staff. They will help ensure the equipment is processed and disposed of properly.
